The Christmas Holiday Season is a joyous time of year for most people. However, it is an especially lonely time for people with no home, no job, no family and no friends, or those close to losing them.
SHIP'S Christmas Present Service invites you to give something to the children, women, and men who are in desperate need of clothing, food, and shelter that will help them share with us the Joy of the Holiday Season.
Your Christmas present for a homeless, near homeless, or working poor family or individual will not change their circumstances, but it will show them that someone cares. Your Christmas present will make a difference in their lives. It will also make a difference in your life. You and the homeless, near homeless, or working poor people who receive your gift will be united with each other in God's Love.
Bring a donation or present (it must be something new) to the SHIP drop-in Center at 67 West High Street, Somerville. The office is located opposite the school on West High Street.
Donations and presents will be given to the homeless, near homeless, working poor families and individuals throughout the Somerset County region, including Central New Jersey.
REMEMBER THERE ARE NO FEES CHARGED FOR ANY OF SHIP's SERVICES
